Standard Mortgages
The broker fees are a ONE OFF LIFETIME broker fee for your ownership of the property as ALL subsequent remortgages are with no broker fee.
For residential mortgages a fee broken down as follows:
- Over £500,000 – No Fee
- From £250,000 to £500,000 – £295 Fee
- Up to £250,000 – £495 Fee
Any subsequent remortgages are FREE
Product transfers – No FEE
Specialist Mortgages
Overseas, Ex Pat & Sharia mortgages:
- Over £500,000 – £295 Fee
- From £250,000 to £500,000 – £495 Fee
- Up to £250,000 – £995 Fee
(50% charged up front)
2nd Charges
- Over £100,000 – £995 Fee
- Up to £100,000 – £1,495 Fee
(50% charged up front)
Any subsequent remortgages are FREE
Product transfers – No FEE
Financial Advice
We charge on a tiered basis based on the funds to be managed.
Initial Advice
2% on first £100,000
1% on – £100,001 to £250,000
0.75% on – £250.001 to £500,000
0.50% on – £500,001+
(minimum £750, max £12,000)
£200,000 would be £2,000 + £1,000
Ongoing annual management is:
0.5% for the Core Service
1.0% for the Wealth Management Service
