The broker fees are a ONE OFF LIFETIME broker fee for your ownership of the property as ALL subsequent remortgages are with no broker fee.
For Residential and Buy To Let mortgages a fee broken down as follows based on the mortgage size:

We charge on a tiered basis based on the funds to be managed.
Initial Advice:
