What were the circumstances that caused you to look for a financial adviser?
As first time buyers, we really didn’t know where to start. First thing was to get an idea of our buying power and so after seeing some great reviews for Martin, we got in touch and knew straight away that he was the one to help us out. His enthusiasm and passion was evident from our first conversation.
How has Martin Rayner helped you?
It is very rare that I would write a review, however I’m compelled to on this occasion. It’s clear that Martin has been helping people for years in similar circumstances to us. He was patient with our newbie questions and was able to quickly find us the best deal available – he seems to know exactly where the best deals are hiding away. His communication was excellent and was well received and comforting especially as we didn’t really know what we were doing.
Any questions we send across were replied to within minutes and it wasn’t unusual for us to get responses over the weekend and in the evenings. His passion for getting the right mortgage for us at the best rate was visible at every step of the journey.
I had some unusual challenges when it came to how some of my income was received but it was no problem for Martin who easily navigated through them.
I used to think outstanding customer service was a thing of the past, and it was refreshing to be proved wrong.
I’ve been recommending him to my friends even before our application was completed – if you are looking for a safe pair of hands, I can’t recommend him enough. I’ll be keeping in contact to make use of some of the other financial services Martin can offer in the future.
